BBQ pulled chicken in slow cooker?
I want to do from BBQ chicken in a slow cooker (I use Sweet Baby rays BBQ sauce). I made with pulled pork and it was Awesome. I cooked pulled pork without the sauce, then when I returned he said. You could theoretically leave it simmering in its own juice and sauce for days without drying or overcooking the chicken.
