How to make meatloaf slow cooker?
I have a meatloaf in the crockpot, but do not know what is happening in the meatloaf.
MAGIC CROCK POT MEAT LOAF 2 pounds ground chuck 1 / 2 c. green pepper, chopped 1 / 2 c. onion, chopped 1 1 / 2 c. tea. salt 1 c. cracker crumbs 1 egg 1 (8.7 oz) pkg. brown gravy mix 1 c. milk 6-8 sm. potatoes, cut, mix all ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Shape into a loaf and place in slow cooker. Place potatoes on the side of bread. (If potatoes are peeled, wrap in paper to keep from darkening.) Cover and cook heat for 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours. MEATLOAF Cooker 3 pounds hamburger 1 pkg. French mix the meatloaf seasoning 1 slightly egg beaten 1 / 2 c. cracker crumbs 2 tablespoons soup. Worcestershire sauce 1 lg. onion, pepper, chopped 1 / 2 c. ketchup SAUCE: Combine 1 can Hunt's tomato sauce Special and 1 can tomato sauce with herbs Hunts. Add 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon sugar (brown or white). Mix all ingredients together. top Using the crock-shaped cakes (must be 2 or 3 large rolls). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour off excess fat. Stack meatloaf in the crock pot. Pour the sauce over it. Set on low and cook for 4-6 hours (celery, onion and bell pepper Green can be added to the sauce if desired).
